Help 4 Vets Opening Cost/First Year Estimate

The App:
Costs related to the Web Based/AI App are for designing, building and hosting.                    $25,000

Legal Team:

All set up and filing for Nonprofit.  Includes patent on code and copyright to
all terms etc.                                                         $10,000

On Street Reps                                                   $720,000
Cost estimate based on 200 people on street to build Merchant Base FAST. Each 6 hours a day and for 30 days at $20 per hour.  This expense offset by initial donations.  If each person averaged $120 a day in donations it would be $720,000.  I would suggest a 5 or 10% bonus after average of $120 met.

Marketing Director:
Responsible for making contact with **Partners and ***Sponsors to promote the  App and securing their donor and customer lists as well as local and national exposure on radio, TV and print.  Also responsible for in store advertising to get users to sign on.                                                                       $60,000

Office Staff:
One full time secretary/receptionist.  Main duty answering phones and  Collecting/verifying money count and reports.                                           $48,000
One part time to fill in on Reps reports and count.                                                                                         $24,000

Personal Mentors (4):
Their duties will be to “Recruit” homeless vets to join the program.  They should be fully trained military (in uniform) working in pairs.  $240,000

Office Expense:
Rent, utilities, phone, parking, insurance etc.                                                                               $120,000

Rehab Center:
Purchase 13 acre property in Plains Montana for an alcohol and drug  Rehab Center and alter main building and barn.                                  $950,00

Total estimated opening/operating cost the first year.                                                            $2,197,000

 * No direct cost for these positions in startup as the duties will be covered by the Consultant.

My ideal annual compensation would be:

1.Help 4 Vets cover my housing costs (Rent or purchase house with utilities, upkeep, repair,                 cleaning, landscape and insurance. (Could be used for office.)                                                                      $48,000
2.Help 4 Vets cover all my auto expenses, insurance, gas, upkeep and repair.                                      $10,000
(Includes $4000 for major repairs.)
3.Help 4 Vets cover all golf expenses, green fees, cart etc.                                                                          $12,000
4.Help 4 Vets cover cost of 2 new Toyota cars  (One time expense)                                                                                                  $120,000
5.Help 4 Vets cover above moving expenses and my moving expenses.                                    $10,000.
6.My health insurance and deductible.       $1200.
7.Cash to me for $500 per month.                 $6,000.
