Signing Merchants
After organizing, design and Demo App created the first action will be to sign up Merchants.
Multiple facets should be launched at the same time.
Marketing Materials
*We will need a web based presentation and leave behind materials.
*We will need printed agreements and receipts for any immediate donations or pledges.
*All of these must be professionally designed and printed.
NOTE: We will also need store displays for the merchant to aid in sign ups of Consumers once the app goes active again professionally done.
On Street Reps
*We should employ at least 100 Reps providing each with a tablet to do the demo on.
*The responsibility of the On Street Reps is to sign up Merchants.
*Reps Should be active military in uniform and be recognized with printed authority and any required license.
*Each Rep will be trained in EXACTLY how to present and get the sign up.
NOTE: If the decision maker is not available the Rep must get full contact info on that person with the best time to call.
*The Reps will be trained on how to ask for an immediate donation.
*The Reps pay would be the states minimum hourly rate drawn against a percentage of any immediate donation from the Merchant.
Telephone Workers
*Telephone Workers would be to call the Merchants the On Street Reps could not see.
*They would be trained and paid just like the Reps.
