The App  Design Consultant will work with the  graphic designer and AI professional to design and implement the App.
Signing Merchants   Organizers insure the campaign to secure Merchants is in place and functioning properly.
On Street Reps   Canvas all Merchants in a district to sign them on.  Suggest using military off duty in uniform to make contact and sign on.  Suggest, after the merchant has signed on, asking for donation and paying a percentage to Rep to cover his/her pay.
Marketing Director   Responsible for making contact with Partners and Sponsors to promote the App and securing their donor and customer lists as well as local and national exposure on radio, TV and print.  Also responsible for in store advertising to get users to sign on.

And the most important link in the chain;
Personal Mentors   Their duties will be to “Recruit” homeless vets to join the program.  They should be fully trained military (in uniform) working in pairs.
